How do I register?
- Click the Login/Register at the top right corner to create an account.
- Enter your valid email address and password because you will receive an email link from our side to verify your email address.
- After entering your information. Tick terms and conditions & Privacy policy checkbox if box not ticked.
- Then Click the register button, you will receive an email with your account information.
- If you do not receive your account information in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders and move it to your inbox folder.

I did not receive my account information after I registered.
- After registration was completed you did not receive an email with your account information
- Please check your spam/junk folders, if you find it then please move it to your inbox folder.

What is "Keep me signed in" on the login page?
- If you click the “Keep me signed in” box tells the browser to save a cookie on your device.
- So that if you close out the window for the site without signing out, again you go back, you will be signed back in automatically.
- Make sure that you have your browser set to remember cookies otherwise this function will not work.
- If you are using public devices or not trusting any other users to use your devices then you leave the box empty.

What do I do if I forget my password?
- Click the login/register button at the top right corner.
- Click the “forgotten password” text right side below on the login page.
- Enter your username or email with which you had registered with us.
- You will receive a new password via email.
- You can change this password later on the user/member dashboard.

Employers Dashboard
How to see my account information/profile?
- If you are a registered employer, click the employer dashboard button at the top right corner.
- Here you can see all your information, profile, etc…

How to edit/change my account information and profile picture?
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click the “Profile” option to create or edit your profile
- Add your details like logo, cover photo, employer name & email, phone number, website, social media profiles, etc…

How to change my password?
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click the “change password” option to change your current password.
- Type the old password and create a new password.
- If you don’t know your old password then go to the login/register page and click forgotten password.

How to delete my account?
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click the “delete profile” option to delete your account.
- Enter your password to confirm and click the “delete profile” button

Submit Job Post
How to submit job post?
- Click the “post job” button on the top right corner.
- Login/Register (Employer account) before your post job ad
- Another way to post your ad, go to your dashboard and click the “submit job” button to post the ad.
- If you want to purchase premium packages then upgrade your plan to post and boost your ad.

How to view my ad post details?
- Go to your Dashboard to see your ad details.
- Click the “my jobs” option to see your job ad list.
- You can edit your job anytime on your dashboard page.

Candidates Dashboard
How to see my account information/profile?
- If you are a registered candidate, click the candidate dashboard button at the top right corner.
- Here you can see all your information, profile, etc…
