We are looking for Account Manager for our Dubai based Global Sales team. 

As an Account Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Be responsible for delivering targets on an assigned portfolio of Corporate, with a key focus on MICE, weddings, and Luxury accounts at the designated markets.
  • Implement SMART strategic action plans to achieve the revenues and GEO source objectives for the region
  • Support the international portfolio with market insights and sales activities including Sales Calls, Roadshows, and Trade Fairs.
  • Implement Shangri-La strategic commercial programs across all key market segments
  • Maximize GSO profitability from and build strong business relationships at designated markets.
  • Ensure that all dealings with clients and SLI hotels are conducted in a highly professional manner.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a proven track record (min 3 years) in Luxury Hotels in the GCC, ideally in a Global Sales environment
  • Has a strong and established sales network, especially in Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Weddings Planners.
  • Is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team to achieve results
  • Has a valid UAE driving license if possible.
