Job Description

To conduct financial analysis, payments, accounting and comparisons of IT/CSD Contracts and produce accurate financial management information reports in order to meet the departments reporting requirements.

Analyze trends emerging from actuals or with comparisons to budgets, forecasts and prior periods, write lucid, succinct commentaries on trends for the consumption Line manager and senior management.

Analyze contracts with previous contracts towards cost control, business understanding and challenge to optimize cost. This is specially for IT/CSD Contracts.

Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance.

Skills

At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting and preparation of management reports.

Post graduate or Equivalent Degree in Finance or Accounting

CIMA/CA/CPA/CFA/MBA

Knowledge of financial accounting.

Strong analytical and commercial skills

MS Office (excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills)

Knowledge in business intelligence tools

Knowledge of Accounting and Finance applications
