About the Role 

The role of the holder is a key member of the Content team, responsible for publishing and auditing site content, suggesting improvements, providing copy and translations for onsite content, occasionally providing support for product descriptions and translations.

Core Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Management

  • Attend weekly content meeting to ensure visibility into upcoming stories with the manager
  • Input suggestions for content stories (including localized Arabic content)
  • If requested, brief tasks into Airtable and communicate with other teams on the same

Content Publishing & Auditing

  •  Publish all content on web and app for Homepage and Landing Pages (including any custom HTML coding when required) as requested
  • Responsible for checking products live status before publishing
  • Raise bugs encountered with development team and escalate with manager when required
  • Maintain audit of published dates and highlight opportunities for refresh where necessary

Reporting & Optimization

  • Support team with compiling analytics data
  • Using analytics data to support, make suggestions to manager of potential AB tests to improve customer journey and content page experience
  • Support product team with descriptions and translations when required – no more than 1.5 days per week (50 descriptions)
  • Provide copy and translations for homepage, landing pages, SMO and newsletter


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Tech savvy
