Job Description


Your Role:  

The Manager Performance Marketing will drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness. The role will make data-driven decisions to grow Aster’s sales, optimize and expand our channels, and build towards an explosive launch.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Support performance marketing across different channels, such as Paid Search, and collaborate closely with any partner agencies to deploy, optimize, and report on results.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that messaging is consistent and aligned across all media, as well as to improve audience strategy.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to achieve a high return on investment and a low cost of acquisition, and make sure that money is spent wisely across all performance channels.
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing efforts, as well as test/learn initiatives.
  • Keep track of key media performance metrics and report on them.
  • Ensure effective planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  • Identify and test new channels to ensure that established important metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with management to offer ideas for improving funnel conversions, receiving feedback, and presenting outcomes.

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelors in marketing, business administration or any relevant field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a performance marketing role with at least 2 years of experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels).
  • Prior work experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, google analytics and keyword search skills.
