JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Communications Specialist to join our strategic communications advisory firm. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage clients, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful integrated communication solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client interactions, providing strategic support and overseeing the execution of integrated communication strategies, plans and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with client objectives and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on communication best practices, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on-time project delivery, and adherence to budget constraints
  • Oversee media relations efforts, including pitching stories, securing media coverage, and monitoring press mentions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integrated communications, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communications skills, with agency experience in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of successful account management and client servicing.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to develop and execute effective communication plans and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of UAE media landscape and cultural nuances.

Work Conditions:

  • Travel may be required
  • Must reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
