This Arabian-themed waterpark in Dubai offers breathtaking views of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Madinat Jumeirah. A day at this waterpark means one adrenaline rush after another. Thrill-seekers can enjoy the super-fast Jumeirah Sceirah, a 120-metre slide where they can descend at 80 km/h. About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Retail Attendant at Wild Wadi Waterpark. 

The main responsibilities are:

  • Greet and acknowledge all guests with warm welcome and smile. Answer inquiries about their needs and assist them as necessary in polite manner following Jumeirah Standards
  • Complete Day-to-day activities in line with instructions, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assigned station as per established policies and standards throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
  • Act as an effective link between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations and meet services standards
  • Ensure that high standard of personal hygiene and grooming are strictly observed and followed. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Proficient in spoken and written business English.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.   
  • Minimum 1 year experience at a similar facility.
