Teller and Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for…

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, transactions and problem resolution.
  • Opening, closing and managing customer accounts.
  • Processing loan applications, explaining credit options and assisting with loan enquiries.
  • Managing and handling cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
  • Promoting and cross-selling banking products.

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience –

  • Relevant experience in banking segment of exchange houses
  • Hold a Diploma/ bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced banking environment.
