Dutco Construction LLC is actively looking for an Authorities Coordinator to support our projects across Dubai.

Duties are as follows:

1. Review submissions prepared by project team to ensure compliance with applicable local authority.

2. Coordinate with the local authorities on all NOC applications design construction specifications and design reports.

3. Make all project submissions to Authorities in order to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

4. Handle project approvals from government authorities.

5. Maintain authority registration and prequalification log and manage registrations as required.

6. Prepare and follow up correspondence with local authorities and related departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. UAE/MOFA Attested Degree in Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in coordinating and getting approvals from Authorities.

3. Experience in reviewing and preparing NOC’s and submissions.

4. Construction experience is a must.
