Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a Russian speaker Business Developer Executive (Homeowner Procurement Specialist) to join our Business Development department. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new homeowners to join our vacation rental management program.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development and real estate, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

The role is based on FIXED SALARY + COMMISSION basis.

About the Role
As a Business Developer, your main responsibility will be recruiting management properties for Deluxe Holiday Homes. You will manage your own pipeline and recruit properties, while also collaborating with a small team of other business developers to achieve targets for adding new properties within specific timeframes.


  • Identify and acquire new homeowners for our vacation rental management program;
  • Search for, contact, meet, present to, negotiate with, and close contracts with potential landlords;
  • Respond to leads promptly and professionally, recording updates in the CRM;
  • Maintain communication with landlords to ensure their satisfaction and retention;
  • Coordinate property onboarding;
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth;
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless onboarding and management of new homeowners;
  • Proactively engage with homeowners through phone, in-person, and email to meet recruitment targets;
  • Convert direct enquiries and applications through focused follow-up activities;
  • Process all applications in line with the recruitment strategy and maintain an accurate database;
  • Record recruitment activity in our PMS (Property Management System) for clear visibility of results and pipeline;
  • Communicate and update homeowners on any changes to their property status;
  • Report all activities to management in a timely manner.

  • Possess a valid UAE Driving License.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in vacation rentals, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
  • Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities.
  • Show a dedicated commitment to pursuing a career in the hospitality and property management sector.
  • Possess experience in sales and client acquisition within any organization.
