Build IT services sales opportunities & responsible to market set of ICT services & computing devices to the target customers and maintain excellent customer relationships leading to target achievement.

• To develop the targeted customers for IT services & AMC  business.

• To identify key stakeholders at client’s place and schedule meetings with them and understand the requirement clearly at a macro level.

• To suggest and provide right kind of solutions and conduct technical presentations surveys along with presales & sales team and sound in IT Devices , IT services & AMC (Network, security Server/Storage solutions).

• To follow up with the customer until closure for the case and provide them the services as per their urgency.

• To establish a rapport and long-term relationship with the customers

• Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.

• Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.

• Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• Should have minimum 5 years’ of experience in UAE in the relevant field.

• ITIL certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent

• Business acumen. Experience of 5 years understanding the IT industry, market, and specific operations.

• Negotiation Skills

• Has the ability to make decisions based on factual data. Situational awareness & business impacts

• To build lasting relationship with customers and technical stakeholders
