Job Description

  • Research the market and identify potential clients through effective sales strategy and secure new business opportunities and achieve the revenue goals in line with business objectives.
  • Focus on growing business with the existing clients and sell range of services.
  • Create strong pipeline and market mapping of the target sectors.Conduct market research. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
  • Generate RFI/RFP and lead the tendering process from start to closure.
  • Draft and review bid submission content, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and responsible to develop competitive and comprehensive commercial and technical solution.
  • Ensuring Business Continuity and strategic business partnerships with leading Organisations, draft agreements, SLA’s, KPIs.
  • Monitoring market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, and new customers.
  • Regularly attend networking events and connect with potential clients.
  • Provide weekly/Monthly reports, forecasting and other routine reports or at the request of the line manager on specific pipeline, KPIs and revenue.
  • Closely work with Estimation Manager and prepare estimation sheets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Administration or equivalent.
  • Eloquence in written and verbal English communication. Conversant of the Arabic language is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales and business development strategies across a broad portfolio of client’s groups.
  • Good commercial assessment with proven experience.
  • Ability to possess proficiency and good knowledge of the business; its growth, survival, thriving capability and market ability.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  •  Ability to work business expansion drive to be able to plan for growth of the business.
  • Ability to lead; great negotiation skills and knowledge of commercial agreements and frameworks.
  •  Ability to develop commercially viable solutions based on demanding techniques to understand client needs.
  • Minimum five (5) years of proven sales / business development experience in the Facilities Management industry as a Business Development Manager.
  • Vast exposure to Facilities Management practices and solution
  • Wide experience in managing bid / sales team.
