Position Overview:

As the Consumables Dermatology Business Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our growth and solidifying our presence in the dermatology market. Your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate a team to attain sales targets and uphold superior customer service standards.

2. Medical Detailing: Apply your proficiency in medical detailing to engage with healthcare professionals, particularly dermatologists and physicians, to endorse our products, disseminate scientific information, and cultivate enduring relationships.

3. Sales: Foster and maintain relationships with suppliers, doctors/ clinics to ensure the accessibility of our products to consumers.

4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to devise sales strategies, formulate marketing plans, and orchestrate product launches that align with our business objectives.

5. Training: Provide continual training and development opportunities to your team to ensure they remain well-informed about our products and abreast of industry trends.

6. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.

7. Coaching & Mentoring: Accompany team members on joint visits to stakeholders to provide support and reinforcement for their activities.

8. Key Account Management: Actively engage in the company’s interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Accounts through regular visits and other marketing initiatives.

9. Marketing Planning: Create the company’s marketing strategy and ensure the execution of which trough a detailed marketing plan.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, pharmaceuticals, marketing).

– Demonstrated experience in medical detailing to healthcare professionals, preferably in dermatology or a related discipline.

– A proven track record in sales, particularly within the dermatology consumables/  cosmetic sector.

– Minimum 8-12 years of exeperience

– Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

– Strong communication and presentation abilities.

– A genuine passion for skincare and the cosmetics industry.
