The Job

We are currently looking for experienced Corporate Sales Executives for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping G4S meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company’s rapid and sustainable growth. He/she will be expected to generate sales from a portfolio of medium to large business accounts and bring in new businesses / contracts with the agreed quarterly targets.

Responsiblities include but not limited to the following:

  • Effective compilation of sales quotations and tender documentation in the region in compliance with business strategy
  • Effective application and control of company selling price list as per mark-up margins in line with sales strategy.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and tenders to prospective customers. Where necessary, prepare and conduct sales presentations and complete marketing packs.
  • Identification of potential new business opportunities for security solutions through consultation and cooperation with operational management and Sales Manager with planned prospecting, leads, cold calling, tender notices.
  • Conduct competitor evaluations to identify risks and develop appropriate solutions through thorough understanding of the competitors environment faced by the region.
  • Reach and achieve sales targets, focusing on high margin business, and developing business near operational centers.
  • Effective performance and reporting of sales and administrative activities and functions
  • Preparation and submission of weekly sales report and keeping Salesforce.com up to date
  • Ensure that a customer file is maintained, containing a signed copy of the maintenance and guarding agreement, as well as any other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure effective maintenance of the Sales system updating quotation information, leads and prospects
  • Monitor relationship with designated top customers, scheduling regular visits to ascertain customer satisfaction
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Achieve customer retention targets and KPIs

Selection Criteria:

  • Degree / Diploma in any field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a professional sales environment, Corporate, B2B preferably from private security services, facilities management and/or outsourcing companies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal)
  • Proficient in using Computer Applications i.e. MS Office, Google for Work etc.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Awareness of the market environment
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license.
