Job Description

Noorka Logistics, a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics company based in Dubai, is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, deliveries, billing, and other logistics-related matters.
  3. Order Tracking: Assist customers in tracking their orders, updating them on shipment status, and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external communication.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as operations, sales, and finance) to ensure smooth coordination and efficient problem-solving.
  6. Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with customers, listen actively, and handle challenging situations with patience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording information and following processes.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous.
