Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Proactive way of working , regular follow up and updates to the customer.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing the product inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Communicate with sales and ensure the right feedback is obtained.

Should be able to differentiate and challenge network and sales based on the feedback .

Manage timely responses.

 Perform data analysis .

Identify opportunities, risks and challenges  and communicate .

Drive the Consols by ensuring  weekly follow up with clients .

 Maintain and update  the Quote log( Customer’s)  on a daily basis .

Follow up for an update from the network for rates and capacity issues and communicate accordingly at the time of quoting .

Needs to play an important role in building a very healthy Business relationship with the Team and should be approachable.

Escalation of issues in a timely manner.

Should be in a position to follow up for the Shipments ,  imports from US.

Should have thorough knowledge about Airport codes  , Air routings etc .

Timely validation of contracted rates .

Interacts with customers in alignment with Sales.

Buddy system , will act as a back up for the pricing desk .

We are looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in same role ( Customer Service – Freight Forwarding )

Must have good communication skill.

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Candidate must be available in UAE.
