We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems and databases.


  • Input and update data with speed and accuracy into designated databases and systems.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within established timelines and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered into the system.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist in generating reports or compiling data as needed by various departments.


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
