About The Role 

To deliver items from the warehouse to the customer site and ensure (where applicable) the item is fitted as per the product standards and customers satisfaction. 

What You’ll Be Doing
Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble and fix the furniture as per the product guidelines and ensure it is fitted as per the customers’ requirements

• Handle any complaints, concerns of the customers with respect to delivery process, damages caused during transportation of the furniture, assembling and fixing etc. courteously and escalate it to the Store Manager for appropriate resolution

• Organise and maintain all the customer acknowledgements and receipts and submit them to the Store Manager

• Receive the delivery schedule from the Store Manager and arrange to deliver the items to the customer at the specified date and time

• Ensure the items are handled with care and delivered to the customer without any damages

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education
• High School qualification

Years of Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar filed
