# Administrate the allocation and utilization of resources to suit the work need.

# Responsible for the fuel stock and monitor the fuel consumption

# Ensure 24/7 availability to attend to emergencies and crises including site visits when required

# Analyse, review and develop key performance indicators through use of Bus OCC data and other business units

statistics to meet the strategic plans.

# Supervise long and short-term renting contracts.

# Follow up cash collection for all renting contracts.

# Supervise, follow up and presence in all approved committees and teams.

# Monitor safety standards, procedures and regulations implementation.

# Prepare and implement annual operational plans to achieve strategic plans and key performance indicators.

Ensure total compliance with operational, maintenance, health and safety and employment issues.

# Supervise all ongoing maintenance activities and approve the maintenance plan submitted by the maintenance


# Supervise the employees and drivers’ performance in the station.

# Handle daily VOR meeting between Operation, Maintenance, and contractors/suppliers teams.

# Investigate & report all complaints, accidents and incidents, and take the proper action

# Allocate vehicles and drivers to daily operations and maintenance.

# Assist in depot budget planning, ensure its execution as planned and handle control over the budget.

# Supervise operational reports completion follow up (daily, weekly, monthly) and send to the concerned

personnel in section, department and agency on time.

# Prepare progress reports for all open projects and strategic plans

# Conduct weekly sites visit to make sure that safety standards and regulations are implemented.



# Bachelor degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil Electromechanical from a recognized

# 7 years of relevant working experience
