Job Purpose

Improve company sales performance through the execution of the company’s digital presence across all digital platforms. Responsible for online reputation of the company through the quality of the digital content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish an annual plan in direction of Manager for digital presence and communication covering all digital platforms where the company is present
  • Identify priorities by brand (including company’s corporate brand) and layout the various necessary activities under the above budget
  • Continuously monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of digital and suggest the necessary adjustments to ensure the executed activities meet their planned objectives
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Develop and progress permanent company online content (website, LinkedIn…)
  • Regular updates of the website to improve web performance of the company in Google search listings, Google my business and track the improvements through Google analytics
  • Grow customer acquisition and retention on Digital and Social Media Channels. Ensure leads are continously fed into the company’s CRM system
  • Liaise with company vendors to collaborate on joint online activities, and to ensure continuous compliance and alignment with guidelines
  • Continuously look for new digital opportunities cash the to improve company presence in digital space
  • Ensure all communication, POS and customer facing literature are compliant to Corporate Identity guidelines of ARG and Principals
  • Ensures that detailed action plans and follow through are executed as per the briefing from Line Manager and brand guidelines
  • Analyse, monitor and prepare a performance report after each digital campaign and assess the ROI and KPIs
  • Continuously monitor and report on Competitor activity as well as relevant market information

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Equivalent
  • Marketing specialization would be added advantage

Experience

  • 5 year experience in which 2 years of Digital Marketing (employment or freelance)
  • Experience in Social Media Management / Marketing & Digital Marketing

Knowledge & Skills

  • SEO, SEM, SMM and PPC/CPC, Website Management (WordPress, CMS, HTML and CSS), Google Analytics, GMB, and digital CRM management tools to reach the targeted audience
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media
  • Strong command over MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (bilingual)
