Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a variety tasks that is inclusive of secretarial and administrative assistance, also managing special projects/workshops, arranging extensive travel, meetings and taking minutes of meetings. The Executive Assistant handles a variety of complex and confidential situations.


  • Prepares Board Presentations And Approvals
  • Conduct Research, Assemble And Analyses Data To Prepare Reports, Documents, Presentation As Required
  • Provides General Support Such As Answering Telephones, Review And Control Of Incoming And Outgoing Correspondence, And Follow-Up On Commitments
  • Performs General Clerical Duties To Include But Not Limited To, Transcribing Dictation, Scanning, Copying, Faxing, Filing, And Data Entry
  • Responsible For Scheduling And Managing Calendar Including Prioritizing And Resolving Related Conflicts And Competing Demands, Proactively Scheduling Important Meetings With Internal And External Individuals And Maintaining An Organized Office
  • Organizes And Coordinates International/Domestic Travel And Related Requirements To Include Travel Authorizations, Flight Tickets, Hotel Bookings, Visas, Airport Transfers, Expense Reports
  • Proofreads, Answers, And Composes Routine Correspondence Both Handwritten And Electronic, Including Board Communications And Other Partner Related Materials
  • Completes Various Forms, Including Purchase Requisitions, Shipping Requests, Travel Expense Reports, Requests For Payment, Consultancy Agreements, Etc


  • 5-7 Years Of Assistant/ Secretary Background, Minimum 3 Years Executive Level Support
  • Bachelor’S Degree Or Equivalent In A Relevant Discipline
  • Professional Secretarial Certification Is An Advantage
  • Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced Environment Without Direct Supervision And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills Including Ability To Use Advanced Formatting With Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Powerpoint And Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communications Skills
