Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including calculating employee hours, preparing payroll reports, and distributing paychecks.
  • Maintain financial records and files, ensuring documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, including tracking expenses and variances.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
  • Assist with financial analysis and forecasting, including gathering data and performing calculations.
  • Provide support for audit and compliance activities, including preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
