Responsibilities & Context

·       Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

·       Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

·       Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.

·       Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, print, events, and social media platforms.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

·       Monitor marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

·       Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.

·       Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and stay competitive.

Additional Requirements

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

·       Proven experience of at least 08 years in a senior marketing leadership role within the footwear industry.

·       Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

·       Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
