We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our HR Graduate Program. As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in key HR areas through rotational assignments, collaborate with HR professionals, and contribute to impactful projects. Whether you’re interested in recruiting top talent, designing learning programs, or enhancing our employer brand, this program will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the HR field.

What You’ll Do

  • 1.     People Operations Rotation:
  • Assist in managing HR processes and policies related to employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Gain exposure to HRIS systems and data analytics for workforce planning and reporting.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Gain experience in employer branding, candidate experience optimization, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
  • Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of talent development plans, career paths, and succession planning processes.
  • Gain exposure to learning management systems and tools for employee skill development and performance improvement.
  • Assist in developing branding strategies.
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Passion for human resources and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the employee experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Recruitment Process and Timeline 

First, you apply and let our recruiters review your profile. After reviewing, you will receive a link to book a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better. If you have been shortlisted, you will have the opportunity to meet our hiring managers. Depending on the scope of the role and the function, you may need to attend 2-3 rounds (which might include case study, role-play, trial, or live coding – this will be communicated to you in the initial conversation). Upon successful completion, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to take you through this process within 2-3 weeks.
