• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of accounts.

• Plan, own & execute the sales growth plan for government sector across Abu Dhabi

• End-to-end management of key government customer accounts from mapping, customer acquisition, to building relationships, understanding complex sales cycles & structure Asus products for effective for sales conversion. This includes planning, forecasting, project management, reporting and after sales follow up

• Develop strong relationships with end-customer contacts at executive level to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers enabling development of a strategy to sell Asus products & solutions

• Plan & propose annual/quarterly sales plan to management with roadmap for execution

• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

• Bears overall responsibility for customer ownership and acts as central point of contact and interface between customer & organization

• Identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts.

• Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives.

• Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.

• Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for accounts and revise based on actual performance.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, services, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives.


Desired Skills and Experience

• Have proven track record of handling government end-customer accounts for IT products & solutions in UAE-GCC

• Understands government tender requirements with relevance to IT hardware & solutions

• Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, strong attention to detail and a hunger to win.

• Have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Graduate degree or equivalent (MBA Preferred)
