Job Description

Your tasks

  • Support LCS MEA with workshop preparation, documentation, and task follow up within the LCS Performance Initiative Program
  • Support the global field service process development (end-to-end process chain development)
  • Document best practice for the whole MEA
  • Development of early indicators for budget controlling
  • Enhancement of Offer volume & Hit rate analysis
  • Support the development and implementation of professional tools for LCS Project Management
  • Development and implementation of customer driven KPI’s
  • Development of Strategic Controlling in LCS MEA in cooperation with IOS Controlling
  • Development and implementation of reports; provide consultation and training concerning Microsoft Power BI
  • Create Microsoft Power BI analysis for LCS MEA business (offer volume, hit rate, order intake, orders in hand, turnover)
  • Support development of Dashboards for performance driven KPI’s
  • Further enhancement and growth of eGuide ( eShop, Sales Compass, etc.) within the MEA region
  • Support other departments within the MEA Region.

Your profile

  • Graduate in Business Administration or Business Engineering
  • Excellent analytical, follow-up, time-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to react quickly on problems and find solutions
  • Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
  • Advance knowledge in Excel, Access, SAP & Power BI
  • German optional
  • Fluent in English
