Job Purpose:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing plans and driving the business and product performance including strategizing, conceptualizing, designing, marketing and launching business services in order to achieve the business KPIs for revenue growth & Volume of activity for the products. Ownership of the end-to-end Product Life Cycle to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain competitive advantage, enhances the implementation of new cloud technologies and opportunities that meets growing customer demands. Excellent communication and presentation skill and ability to interact with and manage senior management expectations. This person’s expertise lies in driving the transformation of enterprise customer solutions from connectivity to managed connectivity and cloud connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the lifecycle management for services Product Life cycle management for Managed Connectivity Services and Cloud Connectivity Services.
  • Develop new services – brings new ideas in emerging technology in managed services & Cloud based connectivity with emerging services including for MPLS, IDA, SDWAN and Broadband.
  • Managing, enhancing and expanding the Managed Services portfolio including Network, Security and Voice solutions with providing an End-to-End service solutions to the customers.
  • Developing the opportunities and roadmap with hyperscalers and create program to enable an E2E managed service offering.
  • Define and develop a product that enable the cloud transition and deal with a major public cloud providers like Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle etc to enhance managed services portfolios.
  • Responsible for ensuring successful breakdown of IT business requirements to development and implement solution and technology products.
  • Identification and recommendation of carriers / partners / suppliers to expand Managed Service footprints and to meet new customer demands in new markets/ territories
  • Oversees the development and management of high-quality cost effective and competitive products, services and solutions for business customers.
  • Defines and reviews policies, procedures and guidelines for the Product and monitors and supervises their implementation
  • Enhances the services to meet the growing customer demands and provide customized solutions for products and services in order to meet revenue targets
  • Monitors, evaluates, and highlights the products ongoing performance and quality of its output, services, monitors and reviews key performance indicators.
  • Analyze product and business KPIs and suggest and corrective actions to meet objectives including churn management and proactive plan to meet objectives
  • Budget planning, Business case, Forecast and Achievement monitoring
  • Seek timely feedback from the Customer to enhance product features to ensure portfolio is competitive
  • Product support to Solution Architects, Sales and Customers to achieve the cross functional KPI.
  • Train teams on next-generation cloud and managed network services and support customer’s digital transformation journey.
  • Management presentation and communication on regular and key initiatives
  • Coordinates business requirements across all business units and develops and implements plan to support the business needs with cross functional team relationship
  • Ability to carve out space in case of matrix working and ambiguity and handle work under pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation in Telecom/ Engineering, MBA (Marketing).
  • Product Lifecycle management.
  • Innovative thinking.
  • Vendor offering from Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, One Access, MPLS, IDA, SDWAN and Broadband services /technologies.
  • Internet Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc).
  • Understanding of virtualization, SDN, SDWAN, VNFs.
  • Candidate must have good understanding of Public and Private cloud with exposure to

– AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google.

– Developing the Microsoft MSP program.

– SaaS offerings such as Office 365, SalesForce, SAP, etc..

  • Internet Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc).
  • Understanding of virtualization, SDN, SDWAN, VNFs.
