Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is responsible to ensure the development, facilitation and successful implementation of the Retail Business model and secure continuous improvement of business performance for all type of stores in the Retail business of Emerging markets. Furthermore, this role is responsible for driving a seamless customer mono-branded experience through the sharing of the latest tools, information, training, and proactive follow-up to maximize the profitability of the DTC Sales organization by managing projects to decrease complexity, increase productivity and ensure corporate compliance at field level for all stores in all clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently take ownership of assigned project work, to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives.
  • Support the Director DTC Retail Operations Excellence to deliver on large scale strategic projects. 
  • Complete pre-project analysis, capturing current processes and practices across Clusters and seek existing out best in class resources from Global and other markets.
  • Build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications, and timelines.
  • Ensure implementation of projects at cluster level through strong interaction model and follow up.
  • Track progress of ongoing initiatives and measure the success using data and analytics.
  • Gain feedback and buy in from Clusters and key stakeholders on policy/project drafts to ensure end product is understood and supported.
  • Take ownership for all compliance training and documentation. Work with other internal stakeholders including Legal and Internal Control to develop and deliver compliance materials on related processes.
  • Drive a culture of sharing and adopting global best practices across all Clusters.
  • Lead key initiatives focused on Retail Operations enhancements to be implemented in all key locations.
  • Act as expert point of contact for Clusters around all Retail Excellence topics.
  • Other duties as requested by your manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
  • Strong project management skills, influential skills for remote management and understanding of the organization.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, ideally with sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-5 years Retail operations experience.
  • Understanding of Retail, Finance, Internal Control.
  • Industry experience in Sports/Fashion/FMCG.
