About the job

The purpose of this role is to lead the Etihad Guest marketing team, ensuring the overall annual Guest marketing strategy is defined in alignment with overall OGSM and Marketing goals, and manage the team in delivering best in class marketing for Etihad Guest, both for members and collaborating with partners and products.

Accountabilities

  • Lead all Etihad Guest marketing efforts and oversee Etihad Guest marketing team to ensure all annual plans are delivered effectively
  • Manage the Etihad Guest marketing strategy and budget, ensuring budget is appropriately distributed annual and tracked accordingly
  • Responsible for all strategic marketing and lifecycle planning, including cobranding, points transfer, financial partnerships, and direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Work closely with Acquisition & Onboarding team to support guest acquisition initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partnerships leads, partners and marketing departments
  • Work with Enterprise Analytics Team on analysis and insights of all activities using this to optimize existing and build new strategies. Include partner data where possible or relevant
  • Commission market research where required to support creation of insights to inform marketing activities

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university and/or relevant experience
  • 8+ years relevant work experience. At least 5+ years’ experience with performance multi-channel marketing.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
