About the Job:

As an F&B Marketing Manager at Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah Resort, the candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day F&B marketing requirements, campaign planning, digital marketing, public relations, supporting collateral creation with the graphic design team and partnership/sponsorship plans for the hotel restaurants. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders especially F&B Operations as well as the wider marketing team, external agencies, and the media to ensure effective communication and promotion of the hotel restaurants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing External Communications: Managing day-to-day external communications for Jumeirah Al Naseem restaurants, ensuring effective messaging and alignment with brand values.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Director of F&B Marketing and Director of F&B Operations to develop annual communication plans focused on Jumeirah’s brand pillars and unique restaurant concepts.
  • Media Relations: Building relationships with key UAE media, ensuring their presence at restaurant events to enhance visibility.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of any content needed for the restaurants including menus, promotional collateral, social content etc.
  • Influencer Management: Managing media and influencer experiences, guaranteeing exceptional quality and positive impact.
  • Partnerships/Sponsorships: Assisting in developing strategic partnerships and sponsorships, leveraging external communications to boost restaurant awareness and reservations.
  • Creative Promotion: Proposing innovative promotional strategies to differentiate restaurants and drive external footfall.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with F&B Operations to ensure seamless integration and ensure timely execution of annual plans.
  • Agency Liaison: Daily coordination with external PR, social media, and media buying agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Performance Measurement: Supporting the Director of F&B Marketing in assessing the impact and ROI of key restaurant campaigns through monthly reporting.
  • Crisis Management: Assisting the corporate office in handling restaurant-related issues to safeguard the restaurants’ and brand’s reputation in media and social channels.
  • Social Media Strategy: Supporting content strategies on social media platforms, amplifying hosted media content across social channels.
  • Team Development: Coaching and mentoring marketing executive at property level to enhance their skills and support F&B marketing activities.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets and conducting ROI analysis for all restaurant campaigns, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • 4 to 5 years of public relations, marketing and F&B marketing experience preferably with an international hospitality company. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. 
  • Proven experience in developing and managing integrated F&B marketing and communications plans and budgets, often exceeding KPI’s. 
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering luxury-standard content.
  • Good media contacts within top tier luxury, lifestyle and F&B focused titles
  • Excellent knowledge of public relations practices within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms. 
  • Good communication and public relations skills.
  • Good understanding of core hotel operations.
