Overall Purpose

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for commercial marketing programs and execution for the Dermatology business unit. Core responsibilities include managing external communications, supporting training programs, digital asset creation, conference management and support to doctors/clinics on an ongoing basis.

The role will require overseeing new commercial programs and business models to ensure business objectives are consistently and sustainably achieved.

Reporting to Business Unit Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take on Full ownership and liaise with third party for English and Arabic Roll Ups, flyers/leaflets, before and after pictures, products brochures, waiting area videos, preparing event invites and provide social media contents to our customers.
  • Manage social media and Marketing Videos for Clinic/doctors: schedule and supervise ongoing videos and shoot simple engaging mobile videos with doctors.
  • Review all marketing practices and help educate the client on using our marketing tools.
  • Customize events/activities, such as open days with our customers to drive more consumable sales.
  • Assist clients on promotional scripts for sales on products.
  •  Train clinics on how to sell treatments “Train to Sell” by creating strategies.
  • Educate clinics on how to handle objections, and increase awareness on the features, advantages, benefits.
  •  Following up on exhibitions, booth designs, booth construction, and activities during an exhibition with all the coordination in between.
  • Allocate the right doctors/clinic for content creation.
  • Reinforce ROI by keeping an eye and management on collaboration deals with KOL’s.

Minimum Experience Profile:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing within the medical devices/ medical equipment business, specifically Dermatology equipment/ consumables.
  • Arabic/ English speaking 

Minimum Qualification Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or another relevant field
