  1. Must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service
  2. Fluent in spoken and written English. Friendly and personable. ‘Excellent customer service skills required!
  3. Outstanding phone and email etiquette
  4. Able to communicate with a wide range of people & staff, good team player and good problem-solving skills
  5. Innovative thinker with a positive attitude
  6. Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
  7. Must be able to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
