To provide personal banking solutions, complete client onboarding activities, manage daily interactions with new clients, identify and act on new sales leads and relationship development opportunities in line with agreed policies, processes and service standards in order to deliver superior service, build and grow the portfolio of assigned companies and deliver against agreed service and business targets..


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution or within the service industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
  • Microsoft Office (Word; Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in service industry
  • Experience of banking operations
