- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution or within the service industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
- Microsoft Office (Word; Excel and PowerPoint)
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and experience in service industry
- Experience of banking operations
