About the role

  • The pricing manager will be responsible for the pricing strategy.
  • The pricing manager will be only in-charge of selling prices of regular assortment across all clusters
  • The Pricing Manager is responsible for data-driven insights and recommendations to provide the right product at the right price, to the right consumer, at the right time, with the right distribution channel.
  • Our objective is to develop a long & short-term pricing across all our operating markets. as well as support in building the overall commercial strategy to generate topline growth.
  • The role is to continuously monitor the impact on customers following the pricing of items.
  • Pricing simulations to be done on periodic basis estimating the volumes and value impact across categories and stores
  • The Pricing Manager role is to support the Merchandise Team and report to commercial VP
  • Pricing Manager will need to create categorize products into different baskets (sensitive, nonsenstive etc…)
  • Pricing Manager will be implementing the pricing systems and enhancing further these systems
  • In coordination with Finance, store and Marketing the Pricing Manager ensure that the company goals and targets are met across the various distribution channels and will support the execution action plans aiming to improve performance by pricing & promotion initiatives.
  • The Pricing Manager will be expected to interpret data and inform on pricing decisions that maximize Average Price and profits.
  • The pricing manager will be responsible for the pricing frameworks
  • Analyze yield performance, yield mix, revenue dilution/ displacement and discount monitoring for current and new promotional activity in order to maximize topline performance
  • Forecasting various levels of demands for specific promotions, offers, or in line with the yearly budgeting exercise
  • Develop and manage pricing processes, performance tools, and promotional programs and translate company goals into pricing actions
  • Identify areas of improvements and optimization of pricing performance from a sales, marketing and communication perspective
  • Builds, maintains, and improves the existing pricing & performance tools in order to assess current and future pricing action and discounts

About the requirements

  • 2/3 years similar pricing or category experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, marketing, business
  • Market and Trend analysis experience.
  • Experience in Pricing, Yield analysis, Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and result driven
  • Strong written, communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong technical computer skills – Advanced in MS office
