What you can expect:

·       Follow the whole process from creating product orders to delivery, control the loading lists,

·       Monitor the shipments and organise forwarder,

·       Coordinate foreign trade operations,

·       Organize the product transfers from warehouse to stores,

·       Organise the Interstore transfers according to sales KPI,

·       Analysing line & collection sales and making related reports and make suggestions for the possible actions should be taken,

·       Analysing every aspect of bestsellers i.e. price points, colours and ensuring that best sellers reach their full potential. Monitoring slow sellers and making suggestions to accelerate performance,

·       Following up action plans via communicate with other departments about the product on a weekly basis,

·       Providing and tracking product data entries in online business,

·       Monitoring the sales histories of various products to maximize efficiency of retail space,

·       Ensuring that the right product is available at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right stores according to the sales potential of the products and stores; To prevent loss of sales due to insufficient stock and creation of stock costs due to excess stock,

·       Organize stock count and make stock corrections,

·       Support merchandise operations,

·       Support stores according to their needs and expectations,

Your profile:

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field,

·       Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, especially in retail sector,

·       Good command of both written and spoken English,

·       Excellence in Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of MS Office,

·       Preferably SAP knowledge,

·       Flexibility for travel,

·       Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines,

·       Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities,

·       Having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,

·       Ability to collaborate with related departmans and effectively communicate with store teams,
