Job Description

Job Purpose:

To Comply with all Farm Fresh work instructions on production related activities and to ensure proper workflow.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in cold working environments (lower temperature 15 Degree)
  • Willingness to work in meat production unit
  • Experience in Food Facilities/Food Processing will be an advantage
  • Basic skills in English Preferred (written and oral) is an added advantage.
  • Hygiene & GMP awareness

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete all production activities as per the Operation Procedures and team leader instructions.
  • Receiving raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and their appropriate storage
  • Loading and unloading of frozen products, packing of finished goods, labelling activities
  • Storage activities of products inside Cold store/Freezer and Chiller
  • Following Spice mix and product recipe as per instructions.
  • Complete production task effectively with in the given period and based on production orders.
  • Weekly basis checks on production /packaging materials and re-order via Team Leaders/Production Supervisors.
  • Identify problems as they arise, informing Shift Supervisor of deviations, or when unfamiliar with situations.
  • Assist Line leaders/Machine Operators with daily tasks.
  • Perform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.
