Job Summary & Purpose

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic planning, development, execution, claims and cost management of insurance related extended warranty and accidental damage coverage programs for consumer electronic products. This role requires a blend of product management, business strategy, and project management and financial skills.

Job Description:

·       • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for device insurance, extended warranties, and accidental damage coverage.

• Ensure the development of clear product specifications, pricing models, and terms and conditions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine insurance and warranty offerings based on market trends, competitionand customer feedback.

• Plan and execute the launch of new insurance and warranty programs, coordinating with sales and marketing teams.

• Analyze potential risks and challenges associated with insurance claims and warranty coverage.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on program progress, issues, and opportunities.

• Ensure that insurance and warranty programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop and manage the budget for the insurance and warranty programs, ensuring cost-effective operations.



(Yrs & Field) 6+ years – preferably from device or general insurance industry

Educational Qualification MBA in finance/ marketing/ insurance

Skills & Abilities Experience in program management, product management, or a related role, preferably within the insurance or warranty industry

Strong Project management skills

Strong in relationships and communication.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Passionate and self-motivated

Knowledge of insurance and warranty regulations and compliance is a plus.
