  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks that may impact timelines or outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and files, including contracts, budgets, and other relevant information.
  • Assist in the evaluation of project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Adhere to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
