About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Projects Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing and executing projects within the retail industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects, from defining objectives to managing resources and stakeholders.


  • Create and execute project plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
  • Review design drawings to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance to analyze successful goal completion.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and staff.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.
  • Prepare reports for top management regarding project status.


  • Proven experience as a Projects Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in Fit Out Project Management.
