We are seeking talented and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team of professionals. As a leading firm specializing in luxury residential properties, we offer an exciting opportunity for agents to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.


  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the real estate sales process, including listing properties, marketing, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract affluent buyers and sellers, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
  • Stay current on market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote listings and attract buyers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including attorneys, appraisers, and lenders, to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or related field preferred.
  • Licensed real estate broker with an experience in luxury property sales.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a focus on high-end residential properties.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with affluent clients.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and digital marketing tools.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
