As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees.

The Role

As our Receptionist/Office Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who enters our offices in Business Bay. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments and day-to-day running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up and contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage the company’s office, Assist with general administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms and arranging catering as needed.
  • Ensure the reception and the office are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Offer refreshments to guests and ensure that they are comfortable while waiting.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company gatherings, meetings, and celebrations.

About You

  • Proven experience (3-4 years) as a receptionist/office manager, or similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment in Dubai, candidates outside of Dubai will not be entertained.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanour and appearance, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
