We are seeking a Sales Administration Executive with experience in the Fashion Retail Industry to focus on supporting sales operations and administrative tasks. The candidate should be dynamic, adept at multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you can expect:

Assist the Sales Administration Manager in managing sales orders, deliveries, and inventory levels, utilizing SAP

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations

Handle sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining sales records in SAP

Liaise with clients, responding to inquiries about products, orders, deliveries and returns

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Your profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales administration role within the fashion retail industry

Mandatory proficiency in SAP

Strong understanding of wholesale processes and retail sales operations

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
