Overview of the Role:
As a Sales Executive with FAMCO Linde Sales division, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed targeted sales while ensuring top customer satisfaction levels.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain an active customer profile database, ensuring all details are up-to-date for analysis and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess business requirements and foster healthy relationships, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing branch profitability through effective negotiation and discount utilization.
  • Ensure customer expectations consistently meet or exceed set standards.
  • Attend all sales meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses to stay updated on new products and enhance sales skills.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and products, providing data to facilitate strategic planning by management.
  • Document and maintain all records in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure monthly overdue accounts do not exceed agreed targets.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in fluent English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

What Equips You for the Role:

  • Solid knowledge of sales processes, financing, structures, systems, and methodologies.
  • High School Diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • UAE driving license is required.
