Overview of the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing targeted sales for AFM Commercial Vehicles (Hino) while elevating the overall customer service experience. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining an active customer profile database, conducting strategic customer visits, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date customer profile database for effective analysis and targeted campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements, foster relationships, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, maximizing branch profitability by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure customer expectations consistently meet or exceed set standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay informed about new products. Communicate additional training needs to Sales Manager/Branch Manager.
  • Competitor Awareness: Stay informed about competitor activities and products. Discuss data with the branch Sales Manager for strategic planning.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the deal file as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

About the Team:

You will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Experience: 4 years of Commercial Vehicles Sales experience in Dubai.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, financing and insurance structures, systems, and methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • License: UAE Driving license is a must.
