Job Description
• Calculates VA, prepared and submitted returns and upheld compliance with Federal Tax Authority.
• Handles month and year-end financials by managing and reporting P&L, BS, AR aging and other data.
• Drafts financial documents, including variance reports, regulatory filings and related schedules.
• Performs advanced reviews of business operational trends and expected obligations to prepare accurate forecasts.
• Reviews budgets, including capital appropriations and operating budgets, and communicate findings to senior
management and respective department.
• Investigates and resolves variances in digital and physical records to promote record integrity.
• Reconciles balance sheets and streamlined best practices for balance sheet processes.
• Completes month/year-end closing processes with controllers and external auditors.
• Methodically reviews documents and accounts for discrepancies and resolved variances.
• Set ups and develops accounting systems and processes to meet business needs and maximize effectiveness of
operations.
• Reviews and compares contract and receivable from Insurance Companies.
• Reviews and compares the submission, resubmission, rejection and overdue and intimate respective staff for follow
up
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the
goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager
and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development.
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and
professional growth
