About the job

Responsible for revenue and sales of Machine to Machine, Internet of Things Connectivity products for Government, Enterprise and SMB customers. Responsible for end to end product management which in Price, Planning, Positioning, Channels, Processes and Systems.

Be part of the team of M2M & IoT Experts to transform the existing M2M Connectivity portfolio to support UAE’s Mission Critical new IoT use cases, new applications and position Etisalat as the innovative and lead in M2M Connectivity in UAE.

Design and deliver a winning Go-To-Market, with a Customer Centric Commercial model to achieve the revenue and ARPU performance. Also, build cutting-edge new platforms to improve Etisalat customer’s experience and productivity.

Deploy new IoT technologies like NB-IoT and CATM1 solutions successfully to support the UAE’s Industrial Revolution and put the strategy and implementation of its pillars to create enterprise products across all customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and launch an overall M2M & IoT Connectivity strategy which covers all UAE IoT connectivity requirements and Use case.
  • Maintain and grow existing business revenue, executed Go to Market plans to ensure commercial growth.
  • Monitor & report the P&L of M2M Connectivity services and ensure maintaining the profitability of each solution.
  • Interface with departments as required in order to ensure that the introduction and promotion of new M2M Connectivity Solutions are carried out systematically, professionally and with the support and cooperation of all concerned teams.
  • Build a framework to measure ongoing product performance and use data to make decisions to improve the product.
  • Ensure involvement in commercial activities and GTM, such as business development, sales meetings and planning, customer bid presentations, and special pricing.
  • Work with Engineering, Product Development teams to define the solution architecture, select suitable partners and operating model.
  • Interact, coordinate and cooperate with Product Development & Multiple Engineering departments to enhance solutions offering portfolio.
  • Manage solution demos to Customers, Sales and Business development teams and lead Train the trainer activities.
  • Responsible for customer experience lifecycle for M2M Connectivity business line (training, certifications, Customer Experience improvement and driving technical and market strategic decisions).
  • Identify & monitor customer requirements; analyzes market potential and prepare revenue forecasts and analyses (business case) for M2M Connectivity business line.
  • Interface with Regulatory, Legal and Contracts departments as required in order to ensure that the compliance is as per UAE regulations, and Etisalat T&Cs.
  • Liaise with MARCOM in order to initiate marketing campaigns, create awareness and to promote M2M Connectivity solutions.
  • Assesses customer satisfaction in order to ensure that M2M Connectivity offering optimally addresses customer requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Post-Graduation/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields.
  • 10-15 years’ experience in innovative propositions and must have experience in having managed teams.
  • Knowledge in strategical context, revenue models, and pricing matrix
