Job Purpose –  As Senior Manager Value Proposition – Business Banking International at Emirates NBD, your role is to

  • Responsible and accountable for executing the strategic agenda for Business Banking, with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the segment
  • Enhance Customer insight ownership and development 
  • Evaluate and enhance Value Proposition based on customer segmentation
  • Marketing and branding activities for BUB segment – covering value proposition rollout, payroll campaigns 
  • Build New business development initiatives 
  • Multi-channel strategy development – input on project Delta, mobile platform etc. from segment perspective 
  • Manage Financial planning and monitoring for the segment
  • Operational efficiency, risk controls, CRSA/NPPA compliance, IT/Tanfeeth/GOPS relationship management on SLAs and related activities 

Responsibilities –

  • Financial planning; budgeting and financial performance monitoring and tracking
  • Drive business development activity for generating ideas for new revenue streams to help achieve stretch revenue goals, strategic diversification and expansion 
  • Conduct profitability analyses to validate financial viability of different segment propositions
  • Conduct internal data mining in collaboration with CLM & Marketing to better understand the demographics and psychographic profile of the customer base
  • Review and refine sub-segmentation for BUB customers in line with Bank’s strategic objectives 
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop product bundles, pricing matrix and promotions to improve cross product holding ratio and portfolio growth with dual focus on NTB and existing customers
  • Collaborate with Multi-channel Unit to develop a multi-channels sales, service and communication strategy for different sub-segments. Including, introduction of new innovative products / services to keep customer value proposition fresh and ahead of competition
  • Review and plan for improvement in different brand funnel stages in order to improve overall customer loyalty and retention for Business Banking segment 
  • Responsible fort Branding for Business Banking and sub-segment propositions

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…

  • Should have around 15 years Business banking experience
  • 5-6 years of Product/Segment Management experience
  • Sales and strategy experience an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new opportunities
  • Local market knowledge advantage. Multi country experience preferred
  • Must have Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding Presentation Skills
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills required
