Overview of the role:

As a Service Advisor, you embody the essence of our brand and division for our valued customers. Your role is central to fostering robust customer relations, ensuring a seamless and positive end-to-end Aftersales customer journey.

What you will do:

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Achieve financial objectives by strategically upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Actively engage with customers, providing consultations on their needs and service requirements throughout the entire service process, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team to provide timely progress updates to customers, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
  • Ensure comprehensive communication during vehicle delivery, explaining all work performed and associated costs to enhance customer understanding.
  • Effectively sell service contracts to retail and fleet customers, maximizing success ratios.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
  • Engage with customers through daily calls, emails, and visits for potential business opportunities and to increase VIN Inflow.

Required skills to be successful:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge highly preferred.
  • Strong customer handling and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and basic Arabic would be an advantage. 
  • Technical proficiency in commercial vehicles, preferably Japanese brands.
  • Product and process knowledge.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.

What equips you for the role:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of overall experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
