About the job

Brief Description:

  • Evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) for any automation project in Network Automation before starting development
  • Ensure value realization for any such project.

Detail Description:

  • Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
  • Review budget requests for approval and forecast future budget needs.
  • Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
  • Coordinate with operation and development teams to support their function by developing different kind of tools to support saving on CAPEX, OPEX and increase operation efficiency.
  • Prepare annual budgeting reports and present them to the higher management
  • Attend meetings with the management regarding budget issues in various departments of the information technology.
  • Ensure value realization for any automation project in terms of:
  • Opex & Capex Saving
  • Customer Experience
  • Operational efficiency
  • Faster TTM
  • Make sure the department/project budget is in compliance with laws and legal regulations.
  • Monitor competitor activities in order to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the implementation of changes to existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build focus on operational excellency for better ROI realization in projects pertaining to network automation.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability of analyzing financial information to ensure all operations are within budget.
  • Capability of Coordinating with operation and development teams to support their function by developing different kind of tools to support saving on CAPEX, OPEX and increase operation efficiency
  • Ensuring the department/project budget is in compliance with laws and legal regulations.
  • Leading the implementation of changes to existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in the Budget Management function of a Telecommunication Organization
  • Experience Desired: 8+ years’ experience in the Budget Management function of a Telecommunication Organization
