About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to spearhead our efforts in establishing and nurturing key business relationships across various sectors, including real estate firms, facility management companies, real estate trustee offices, property management and maintenance companies, and other strategic organizations. This role is pivotal in expanding our network, securing new landlord sign-ups through partnerships, and ensuring a solid, beneficial exchange between our company and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential strategic partners within the specified sectors.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and provide professional presentations to stakeholders in either our offices or theirs.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Act as the primary account manager for partners, maintaining active and registered accounts.
  • Organize and deliver mass training sessions for partners’ employees, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Maintain regular communication with all partners, offering continuous support and assistance.
  • Address and resolve any issues faced by partners or their referred landlords promptly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to partner engagement and landlord referrals.
  • Collaborate in the creation and constant improvement of processes, marketing materials, and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, particularly within Dubai’s real estate sector.
  • Strong background in sales, communication, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of Russian and Arabic is a plus).
  • Presence of a UAE driving license is a plus.
